Hi, I’m Arca and I am a trained psychologist who has worked with Teens, Students & Adults, over the last 5 years. I specialise in education and I have created new ways to work on the roots of success – by updating fundamental learning behaviours. If you’re struggling with studying, procrastination, time management, focus, concentration, motivation or any other bad habit than I can help you.

 

I’ll work with you to understand your unique obstacles and develop a plan to overcome them. My ultimate goal is to make sure that you have the tools and techniques you need to succeed both in your goals and in life. This is my way of making a positive difference in the world. The most difficult and rewarding times in life are made during growth, and I want you to create more lovely memories to look back on.

There are many different motivations to take this course: Learning new skills, Passing Exams, learning a new langue, implementing business strategies and much more. Here you learn a skill and you are guided to implement this skill. Most other programs on the internet still leave you in the postion of implementing by yourself.

Each meeting is 40- minutes long. We will meet via google meets or if I am available in person. Each meeting start with a recap of the previous week and depending on your input we personalise the program more and more to your needs. I have many different techniques, which can help any type of student.

In Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is an intervention paradigm which is commonly used to make real change happen. This approach outlines that there is a thought process between an action and an emotion. This thought process is mostly unconcious – hence in CBT we try to put more weight on the awareness, in order to understand how we can change certain behaviour. Ultimatively, here we use CBT to work on bad habits and form new good habits.
