I help those who want to achieve, but can not get to where they want to be. If you’re struggling with studying, learning skills, procrastination, time management, focus, creativity concentration or motivation then I can help you.

Each meeting is 40- minutes long. We will meet via google meets or if I am available in person. Each meeting start with a recap of the previous week and depending on your input we personalise the program more and more to your needs. I have many different techniques, which can help any type of student.

In Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is an intervention paradigm which is commonly used to make real change happen. This approach outlines that there is a thought process between an action and an emotion. This thought process is mostly unconcious – hence in CBT we try to put more weight on the awareness, in order to understand how we can change certain behaviour. Ultimatively, here we use CBT to work on bad habits and form new good habits.
